If you suspect that your card has been stolen or lost, it's important that you immediately follow the following steps:
  1. First, immediately login to online or mobile banking and turn your debit card off. Click here for instructions
  2. Next, call EECU at (800) 333-9934 and let us know.
  3. After your card has been closed, visit your local financial center or call (817) 882-0800 to have a new card issued.
  4. Please note that scheduled or recurring payments using the old debit card number may not go through.
