Compromised Account Number

If your EECU account number falls into the wrong hands, it is possible for someone to access your funds. If you feel your account number has been discovered by someone else, follow these steps to make sure your funds are not compromised.

1. Notify EECU of the situation so we may block access to your funds using the account number by calling us at (817) 882-0800.
2. Visit any of EECU’s convenient financial centers to be issued a new account number.
